Our Terms require withdrawals through the same payment method as your deposit for security. If you deposited via DANA, your withdrawal must return to DANA. If you want to change your withdrawal method, contact support — we can escalate to update your registered payment method after identity re-verification.

Once a deposit via DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS clears into your game wallet, it is final and non-refundable under our Terms. The only exception is a genuine chargeback or payment processor error, which we investigate and resolve within 7–10 business days.

You can request account closure anytime through Settings > Account Management. Any remaining balance is paid out to your verified withdrawal method within 5 business days. Winnings from gameplay are included in the payout. Once closed, your account cannot be reopened.

Our core Terms apply to all accounts. However, specific payment methods, bonus eligibility and game access depend on local law and your registered location. When you sign up, we confirm your eligibility based on your address — where local law permits.

Log into your account and go to Transactions > Dispute. Select the transaction, describe the issue and attach any screenshots. Our team reviews disputes within 48 hours and responds via your registered email with a resolution or next steps.

We can update our Terms, but we notify all active accounts by email at least 14 days before changes take effect. You can review new terms in Settings > Policy Updates. Continuing to use your account after the date means you accept the new terms.
